If so, Sacro have opportunities across a number of services for both contracted and sessional staff in the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire areas and would love to hear from you.

We provide support services to people in our communities with a variety of support needs. These include those with learning disabilities, forensic backgrounds or those who have been involved in the criminal justice system. We also provide conflict resolution, mediation and school-based services and have programmes designed to help victims of same-sex domestic abuse.

We work in partnership with supported people and their families, as well as external partners, to maximise outcomes for those using our services.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is an understanding of the nature of and purpose of the post. The successful applicants will be flexible and imaginative in their approach and sensitive and confident in their ability to help supported people. The ability to use their initiative and organise the workload whilst working in a non-discriminatory framework is essential.

Sacro offers:

Contracted Workers
- 37.50 hours per week, pro-rata for part time
- 31 days annual leave, pro-rata for part time, plus 6 fixed public holidays, pro-rata for part time
- Sacro Group Personal Pension Plan

Sessional Workers
- Flexibility to work as and when required
- Hourly rate for service plus holiday entitlement
- The People’s Pension, subject to eligibility
