La Bamba It’s a non-stop fiesta at La Bamba restaurant in Aberdeen. This brightly-coloured, informal cantina specializes in Mexican border cuisine and a never-ending dedication to la vida loca. Grab a sombrero and dive into south-of-the-border specialties like crispy nachos topped with salsa and melted cheese, burritos with your choice of fillings or a huge helping of spicy cowboy chilli with rice and tortillas. As this is Scotland, steaks and beef are not to be missed, and there’s a choice of fillet, sirloin, ribeye and even a Bamba burger. Round off your meal by indulging in a Bamba Bocker Glory, or just dive straight into the tequila. You can work it all off by hitting the dance floor later on. Ole!
